- Charges may apply for counselling or therapy sessions conducted by phone or video. Applicable charges will be shown before availing the service.
- Charges paid after services are availed are generally non-refundable. If a user is not satisfied, they may write to support@takehelp.in. Requests are reviewed case by case and decisions are final.
- If a call does not take place due to counsellor unavailability or telecom malfunction, the user may be offered rescheduling or refund.
- Payments may be made using available methods such as internet banking, debit/credit cards, mobile wallets, or other enabled options.
- Payment gateway and banking arrangements are governed by third-party terms. The Company is not liable for issues including authorization failures, declined transactions, or external payment faults.
3. Ownership of the Website
- All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to Vaibhav Wellness Solutions Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- The Company name, brand name (Take Help), logos, graphics, scripts and related marks may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
4. Use of the Website and Conduct
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not post, transmit, or upload harmful, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing or otherwise objectionable content.
You agree not to perform prohibited activities including unauthorized copying, spamming, security interference, malware upload, identity impersonation, data harvesting, fraudulent actions, or bypassing access controls.
5. User Content Guidelines
You are solely responsible for content you submit, post or share through the Website. The Company may remove any user content, at its sole discretion, if it violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Rights to User Content
If you submit or post content to the Website or associated social media pages, you grant the Company a royalty-free, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute and create derivative works from such content for business and service purposes.

Advice or information provided by Expert/Counsellors on the Website is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for in-person examination or treatment by a qualified medical or mental health professional.
The Website is not for emergencies and is not a suicide helpline platform. In emergencies, contact police, emergency medical services, nearest hospital, or a suicide prevention helpline such as Sneha (044-24640050/60).
8. Privacy and Security
By using the Website, you consent to collection, use and disclosure of information as described in the Privacy Policy. While reasonable safeguards are used, complete security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Warranty
The Website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Company does not guarantee the quality, availability or suitability of any counsellor, service or advice. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, repairs or telecom failures.

The Company may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Website at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.
12. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for their content, policies, operations, or transmissions and does not imply endorsement.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vaibhav Wellness Solutions Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

17. Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms include provisions on survival, severability, unenforceability, no waiver, and notices. If any clause is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
